On 16th-20th May 2022, IQCS Certification has conducted an exclusive CQI and IRCA Certified QMS Lead Auditor Inc. IATF 16949:2016 Automotive Quality Management Course Training for the senior management team of HICOM HBPO SDN. BHD. at the Glenmarie Hotel & Golf Resort, Shah Alam, Malaysia. The main purpose of the course is to equip and qualify the senior management team as Certified Lead Auditor under IATF 16949:2016 Automotive QMS Standard.
The delegates were given the opportunity to plan and conduct the IATF 16949:2016 audit by means of “process approach” methodology, using specially designed syndicated exercise customised to the specific manufacturing process at HICOM HBPO through “workshop-based training”. Comprehensive notes and practical examples were provided to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of the requirements of IATF 16949:2016, focusing on Risk-Based Approach and Evidence-Based Approach auditing.
