In an ongoing commitment to elevate industry quality standards, IQCS Certification successfully conducted two impactful IATF 16949 training courses for Action Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd., one of the leading company in the field of in car audio and video entertainment products. With 25 participants comprising senior management, quality management, technical design, and production teams, the sessions aimed to enhance both awareness and auditing capabilities in line with the globally recognized IATF 16949 standard. 1-Day IATF 16949 Awareness Course – 25th April 2025 Designed as an introduction to the IATF 16949 framework, the 1-day Awareness Course focused on cultivating a solid understanding of risk-based thinking, ISO 9001 fundamentals, and core IATF 16949 requirements. Leveraging accelerated learning techniques, the session incorporated interactive group exercises and activities, allowing participants to internalize complex concepts in a more engaging and practical way. The course concluded with a multiple-choice quiz, achieving an impressive 85% passing rate, with 80% of participants scoring in the 80th percentile or higher. Participants particularly appreciated the bilingual delivery in English and Mandarin, which significantly enhanced comprehension across diverse teams.   2-Day IATF 16949 Internal Auditor Course – 15th to 16th May 2025 This in-depth session equipped participants with the skills and knowledge needed to carry out internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 19011 guidelines. Transforming Leadership at Ya Lok: A Two-Day Experiential Training on Leadership and Operation Excellence

The top management at Ya Lok Industrial (M) Sdn. Bhd., a leading metal stamping and fabrication company based in Perai, understood that leadership is key to driving operational excellence and business success. To enhance leadership capabilities across the organization, the company engaged IQCS to provide a two-day experiential leadership training with intensive workshops. The program focused on equipping leaders with leadership skills,  tools and knowledge to promote a quality-is-built in culture, streamline processes, bench-marking and foster sustained business success. Day 1: Laying the Foundation for Quality Leadership The training kicked off with an experiential based  icebreaker activity called the “Process-Based QMS Ball Game” in which all the participants were fully participated and thoroughly enlightened through this game. This activity introduced participants to the fundamentals of a “Process-driven” and “Quality-is-built-in” QMS, setting the tone for the sessions ahead.   The first set of presentations provided a historical walk through on the “evolution of quality”. Participants explored how quality practices have transformed over time, shifting from inspection-based control  to “Quality-is-built-in” management, systematic approach focused on continuous improvement and excellence. This segued into workshop on good leadership with systematic approach and effective strategies directly contributes to long-term business success. There after, the training emphasized the importance of understanding an organization’s context and identity. Leaders learned how internal and external factors affect the company’s operations and how to identify opportunities for improvement. Successful Completion of the 1st CQI and IRCA Certified EMS ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor Course for Bhutan Standard Bureau

In June of 2024, the Bangkok office of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH approached IQCS Certification to bid for a training project under their SCP Outreach in Asia – The Next Five (SCP Outreach) is financed by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety, and Consumer Information (BMUV). IQCS Certification successfully won the open tender against competition from many well-known international training providers to provide CQI and IRCA Certified EMS ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor Course for Bhutan Standard Bureau (BSB). The aim of the project is to support the BSB, which is responsible for overseeing all standardization and conformity assessment activities in Bhutan, to build their capacity as a lead auditor. This in turn will support the national aspiration of Bhutan for sustainable development. The course was conducted in Thimpu, Bhutan from September 16-20, 2024. All the participants were very focused and gained substantial insights on how to conduct effective audits against ISO 14001:2015 standard. The participants were also very responsive and enthusiastic during the exercises, producing good outputs that demonstrated their grasp and understanding of the knowledge and skills essential for a competent auditor of Environmental Management System. Out of a total of 9 participants, 7 successfully passed the stringent online examination directly administered by CQI and IRCA. That translate to a 78% passing rate, surpassing the global average passing rate of 52% for EMS LAC. This is indeed an exceptional achievement as all the participants were new to the ISO standard.   IQCS Certification is pleased to announced that we have recently formalise our relationship with CyberSecurity Malaysia as one of CSM newest Collaboration Programme Partner or CCP. This marks the beginning of a partnership that we believe will not only bring mutual benefits to both IQCS and CSM, but more importantly benefit the nation in the domain of information and cyber security.   The collaboration initially be in the provision of the internationally recognised CQI and IRCA certified lead auditor course on ISMS ISO 27001:2022 Standard. IQCS answers the call to provide two half day training seminar on 24th and 25th June 2024 on the topic of “Effective Environmental Risk management to support the ESG framework” in conjunction with the National Training Week organised by Human Resource Development Corporation, an agency under the Ministry of Human Resource Malaysia. In today’s global landscape, stakeholders, including consumers, employees, and investors, demand transparency and responsibility, on how organisations’ addresses the impacts their operations and business activities on society and the environment. ESG integration has become essential for continued survival and competitiveness in the global market. The seminars provide an overview and some insights on how environmental risk management as an effective tool under ISO 14001: 2015, helps organisation mitigate risks, improve operational efficiency, and meet regulatory requirements in the context of ESG The first seminar conducted at ViTrox Academy saw a full house with 35 participants from various industries keen to learn about environmental management and ESG. The participants’ attention was fully engaged by the interesting presentations during the seminar, but they were particularly active during the workshops on carbon footprint calculation and the FMEA based Environmental Risk Assessment and Management – the STRUCTURED approach.    The second seminar on 25th June was conducted at PICCA Convention Centre @ Butterworth Arena.
